This buddy of mine just got put on a diet to help fight off other toxins and the Candida Albicans. It"s a truly strict one; no sugar, fruit, starch, etc. His question is he lifts weights. He"s used. What he"s wondering is if Candida growth cans impact. He always thought protein was not bad for the immune system. He desires to understand what I believe.
