One thing I learned rather quickly during that time is that what I thought was common sense about wellness and heart health specifically, really wasn"t so unusual.

The auditor isn"t going to attempt to interpret your abbreviations, particularly if there isn"t a key present that clarifies new patients. A wonderful SOAP note with one unidentifiable abbreviation can cause you to neglect your audit. So, make sure you"re spelling it out clearly (another advantage to EMR, push the button and the word comes out!) or that you supply a key that clearly interprets all your abbreviations.

First, a potential Twitter user in your local area which could come across your own profile will see that you"re giving "canned" answers to everyone. Do you think they"ll need to be your buddy if you aren"t showing a personal side? What would you think if someone was advertising chiropractic this manner? The objective of social media is to, well, be social. I really don"t think having a profile like that sets the stage for quality social interaction.

I have been using this system now for a while, and I can tell you it works better than anything else I have ever used. I consider myself pretty disciplined, yet making regular automatic withdrawals of income weekly has FORCED me to live on whatever amount is left over.

You don"t only have to sell your services and products. Many Chiropreneurs have only one thing they sell to their Patients. But the sales don"t have to stop there. Any Chiropreneur can sell services or related products to their Patients.

The worrier find that developing a family tradition is extremely important for each family. Some families have a particular area they get their Christmas tree each year other families have a family reunion at a camp or relatives" house every year. We discovered "family game night" and it will continue a convention at our house for a lot of years to come.
