With data like that, the chances are good that we all will experience back pain at some point, if we have not already.

In January of this year I had another x ray done and my spine was perfect from the very top of my neck down to my midsection. By then I had a curvature from my waist down to my hips.

We have found that it"s not too much as what game we decide to play but it is our time that counts. I guess we could play Twister but after a couple of excursions to the chiropractor after a game we"d probably put that game away for good.
