No one enjoys waiting, and you shouldn"t have to wait until 4pm to see a chiropractor when you schedule an appointment at 3pm. In my opinion this is unacceptable. Yes there are exceptions here and there, but if those come up you ought to be told before or be able to reschedule if they can"t fit you in during the time wanted.
My present chiropractor has you sign in and fill out a sheet describing your symptoms which takes five-to-ten minutes. You are then led by his helper into one of three examination rooms, where you wait.
When items are being carried by you, make sure to distribute the weight evenly. If you"re carrying things such as a handbag or schoolbooks, get a back pack that will spread the items over a larger surface area.
JJ: I yearn to play with Adam in Neil LaBute"s The Shape of Things. The range of emotions shown by this poor guy is immeasurable. I also hope to play any male character in Death of a Salesman (my favourite play), Ken in Red, Boolie in Driving Miss Daisy, and Amos in Chicago. Honestly, I really could go on forever. Since then I have been going and I can now lie down without pain while I have not had another x ray since January and I"m feeling much better. In addition I"ve actually grown over an inch in height since I began my chiropractic treatment (I am now at 5"8 1/4") which makes me really happy. Although, I have needed to stop work that is physical, but I am capable to sit and write on the computer so I"m doing that to add to my income.

I find that developing a family tradition is crucial for each family. Some families have a certain area they get their Christmas tree or relatives" house annually. We discovered "family game night" and it is going to continue a tradition within our house for several years into the future.
